Description

This role involves managing office and administrative aspects of a team, providing high-quality customer service to people accessing Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Canberra Health Services personnel.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to CAMHS teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Comply with relevant policies and procedures.


About the Role

Our Division provides health services directly and through partnerships with community organisations. We work in partnership with consumers, carers, and government and non-government service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

The Division delivers services at multiple locations, including hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, community health centres, and other community settings.

  • Adult Community Mental Health Services (ACMHS)
  • Adult Acute Mental Health Services (AAMHS)
  • Alcohol & Drug Services (ADS)
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
  • Justice Health Services (JDS)
  • Territory-wide Mental Health Services (TWMHS)

Requirements:

  • National Police Check
  • Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 registration
  • Occupational Assessment, Screening, and Vaccination compliance
