We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as shop volunteers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and have fun by volunteering in a Red Cross Shop.

By contributing to rescuing pre-loved clothing from landfills and helping raise vital funds for vulnerable people, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to making a difference in your community.

A Typical Day in the Shop

Your day will be filled with engaging customers, processing transactions through point of sale, sorting and pricing donations, creating vibrant displays, and keeping the shop clean and tidy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a friendly and positive attitude, be sociable and engaging with others, happy to work as part of a team, and flexible and willing to do any shop task.

Becoming a Part of Our Team

  • We'll have a friendly interview and ask some questions to ensure you're a good fit for our team.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Complete a National Police check (paid for by us).
  • Induction into our Retail program.
