New Car Sales Team Member

As a key member of our New Car Sales team, we are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service and represent our brand in a positive manner.
About the RoleThis full-time role is responsible for greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate department, answering and directing incoming calls, managing meeting room bookings and dealership calendars, keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, and providing basic administrative support to the sales team when required.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate department
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
- Manage meeting room bookings and dealership calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- Confident communication skills with a warm and professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn dealership systems
- Well-presented and reliable with a strong ability to multitask
