Christmas Beauty Advisor Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor at Warringah Mall. This role will support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Responsibilities
  • The beauty advisor will learn our customers' needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
  • They will uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop and adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • They will offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • A team player open to daily coaching and feedback from Store and Assistant Manager
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales
  • Active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic
  • Availability Monday through Sunday
