Implementation Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to drive customer implementations, create implementation plans and manage customer enablement teams to deliver exceptional service across multiple product deployments.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering software or platform implementations using Agile methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end customer implementations using hybrid Agile Scrum/Kanban approaches
  • Facilitate onboarding workshops and provide training to customers and partners
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including videos, webinars, and support content
  • Promote platform features to existing partners to drive adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective enablement programs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer success within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in delivering software or platform implementations
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for both internal and external audiences
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training content in multiple formats
