About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Transformation Manager, this position is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and aligned with business priorities.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager in transformation, business change, or technology-driven projects. Relevant qualifications in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications, are highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Engage key stakeholders to foster collaboration, alignment, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Drive change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project management.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards.
