Job Description

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, we are seeking an experienced Demand and Supply Planner to join us on a 10-month contract.


This role will be based in our North Sydney Office, where you will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting of SKU level sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and maintain SKU level forecasts, as well as ensuring product life cycles are correctly maintained.

You will also be responsible for using MRP analysis and FuturMaster Forecasting Tool to build an 18-month forecast plan, measuring and analyzing sales forecast accuracy, and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and logistics teams.


Requirements
  • Prior experience in FMCG or Retail Supply Chain planning is preferred, with a strong focus on demand and supply chain management.
  • Experience dealing with perishable items is also desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the business are essential.
  • Proficiency in FuturMaster, Navision, or SAP is advantageous but not necessary.
