The primary function of a Pharmacy Manager involves the effective management and supervision of pharmacy staff to ensure the seamless operation of the dispensary. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all professional and ethical standards are met while overseeing the overall functioning of the pharmacy within established guidelines.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the pharmacy team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration as a pharmacist with the relevant authority.
  • Prior experience with dispensing systems such as FRED is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work flexible hours including Sundays (negotiable).
