Pharmacy Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead our team in a dynamic environment. Located in Darwin, this well-established pharmacy is part of a busy shopping centre.

This role offers the chance to drive service delivery in a supportive community-focused setting. As Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and will work closely with a dedicated team including a Pharmacist, an Intern, and Dispensary Technicians.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve dispensary workflow and efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality clinical support and vaccination services to patients.
  • Mentor and support team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist is essential.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy management is highly desirable.
  • Vaccination accreditation is a must-have for this role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
