Project Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in planning and executing mining infrastructure and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a portfolio of projects for key clients through stakeholder management and contractor coordination.
  • Manage work programs to deliver engineering services for mine waste management.
  • Support concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Lead the design of tailings storage facilities and other earthen structures from conceptual to delivery stages.
  • Plan and direct field investigations to meet project requirements.

About You:

Applicants should possess a strong background in project management with experience working on tailings and civil projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.

  • Relevant degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications are desirable.
  • Proven project management experience, managing multiple programs with internal and external stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • A background working on tailings, water, and civil projects, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, report writing, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients within time constraints.
