Investment Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead due diligence and deal execution for our small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) private credit investments.

  • The Investment Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end deal process, including financial modeling, legal review, risk assessment, and internal committee presentation.
  • This role involves conducting comprehensive due diligence across various dimensions, including financial, legal, commercial, ethical, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
  • The successful candidate will communicate and defend investment theses to internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead deal execution for SME private credit investments, focusing on financial modeling, legal review, risk assessment, and IC presentation.
  2. Conduct thorough due diligence, examining financial, legal, commercial, ethical, and ESG aspects.
  3. Present and defend investment strategies to both internal and external parties.
  4. Monitor existing investments, support performance tracking, and facilitate relationships with investees and deal partners.
Key Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in private equity or credit investing is highly desirable.
