About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to guide our stormwater drainage crew.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction practices, particularly in relation to drainage works, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and lead the drainage construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of operators to deliver the city's annual stormwater drainage program.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality in the workplace.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current MR class driver's license.
  • White Card.
  • Operator's certificate.
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old).
