**Job Overview:**

The Nursing Director will play a key role in leading and delivering outcomes for organisational leadership development, workforce management, people development and cultural improvement programs across Hospitals North West.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the implementation of the Pathway to Excellence framework to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, patient and staff satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture aligned with the Department of Health values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitals North West Executive leadership team to drive outcomes for staff and communities.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered with the Nurses and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current and valid registration/licences at all times whilst employed in this role.

**What We Offer:**

A permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary package of $134,445 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation contribution.
