About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Nursing Specialist to join our team at Mater Misericordiae Ltd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive nursing plans of care for patients presenting to the emergency department.
  • Assess and manage acute illnesses and injuries, including medical, surgical, oncology, orthopedic, and gynaecological emergencies.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
