This role is focused on delivering diagnostic results for patients and medical professionals, utilizing our cutting-edge facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual and automated diagnostic testing to provide accurate results.
- Process specimens from reception to result execution, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with stock control and maintenance of equipment in line with established procedures.
- Document results and maintain records in accordance with industry standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree.
- Relevant experience and expertise in the field of medical laboratory science.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Able to identify and implement quality and service improvement activities.
- High level of independence and strong communication skills are essential.
