About the Role

As a Mobile Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial part in bringing life-saving diagnostic imaging directly to patients in diverse locations. Your role will involve traveling by vehicle to perform portable x-rays in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, correctional institutions, residential homes, and other patient locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols while performing diagnostic imaging exams.
  • Determine suitable electronic and technical factors based on patient needs.
  • Prepare accurate physician and patient orders and transmit reading as required in a timely manner.
  • Operate a variety of portable electronic equipment to obtain diagnostic images that may include EKG's and Holter Monitor.
  • Ensure the equipment is available and in working order prior to shift start and shift end.
Licensure Requirements
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist RT (R)
  • State x-ray license (if applicable)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record
