Data Center Services Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Services Procurement Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier workforce administration and reporting, supplier onboarding, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement mechanisms to manage the external Network Cabling service supplier workforce administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and capacity reporting.
- Manage services supplier onboarding qualifications and ensure compliance with Amazon's procurement policies.
- Provide centralized reporting on supplier performance, including safety, security, quality, on-time delivery, and pricing KPIs.
- Report on procurement efficiency metrics, such as rate cards and bulk awards, to inform business decisions.
- Drive insights for service supplier stakeholders to create and implement programs that increase value for Amazon customers and strengthen supplier relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supplier management, supply chain, or a procurement function.
- Experience collecting and analyzing supply chain data and reporting to multiple stakeholders monthly.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of experience in data centers, engineering, an infrastructure service provider, or similar technology company.
- Experience collecting and communicating market intelligence data, including commodity trends and labor indexes to drive insights.
- Experience working with procurement processes, systems, and tools.
- Ability to deep dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges.
