About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Services Procurement Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier workforce administration and reporting, supplier onboarding, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to manage the external Network Cabling service supplier workforce administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and capacity reporting.
  • Manage services supplier onboarding qualifications and ensure compliance with AWS standards.
  • Centralized reporting on supplier performance for the team, utilizing end-of-project scorecards (inclusive of safety, security, quality, on-time delivery, and pricing KPIs).
  • Report on team procurement efficiency metrics, such as rate cards and bulk awards.
  • Drive insights for service supplier stakeholders to create and implement programs that increase value for AWS customers and strengthen supplier relationships.
