About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group in Melbourne. As a key member of our NDIS services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across various settings, including family homes, disability group homes, and community centers.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-advocacy.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
