Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a leader in the health industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to identify their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customised therapy plans designed to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
  • Utilise evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to deliver effective therapy sessions, addressing various conditions and disabilities.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and support for each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and strategies to enhance daily living skills and prevent future issues.
Requirements:
  • Candidates with a Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Victoria.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment required.
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptability, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
  • Driver's License and access to own vehicle.
