About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Facilities and Operations Specialist to join our team at Epping Meadows Care Community.

This is a hospitality role that offers a range of opportunities for career growth and development, with permanent and casual positions available to suit your lifestyle.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of our care community, including housekeeping, laundry, and catering services.

You will work closely with our residents, families, and other staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and support their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our residents and their families
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the care community
  • Assisting with food preparation and serving meals in our dining areas
  • Laundering clothing, linen, and other washing items
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives

What You'll Need:

  • A current police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance
