About the Role

This role involves assisting older Australians to live safely and independently while participating in activities they enjoy. You'll work predominantly face-to-face and on-the-go, providing therapy services to clients in their homes and communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client activities to support positive outcomes
  • Providing evidence-based assessment services focusing on personal goal attainment
  • Delivering therapy services individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Liaising with external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
  • Producing accurate, timely reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An approved degree in Physiotherapy
  • A passion for supporting people to maximise their independence and potential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Willingness to complete a criminal record check and working with children clearance
  • A current, unrestricted driver's license with access to your own vehicle
