Bus Operations Manager

Job Title: Transport Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a professional to lead safe and reliable bus transport services for our workforce and community at Olympic Dam.
In this position, you will be responsible for the safety leadership of bus operations, monitoring performance of business partners, planning shutdown bus services and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
You will also establish productive working relationships with contracting partners, customers and other Integrated Services teams.
About You- Able to work in dynamic environments and independently.
- Previous experience in managing contractor execution teams is required.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proven ability to influence and mentor others in health, safety, environment and security (HSEC) principles and behaviours.
- Competent in Microsoft office systems.
The ideal candidate will have a valid manual driver's license, willingness to develop knowledge of airport reporting officer (ARO) training and obtain an airport security identification card (ASIC).
