Experienced Estimator Wanted for Residential Insurance Projects

We are partnering with a leading Australia wide residential insurance builder to find an experienced estimator.
As an estimator, you will be the first point of contact for assessing sites, producing cost estimations, organising on-site trades, and seeing projects through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification, preferably in carpentry, and experience in estimation, insurance, and residential works. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and able to lead a team as a leading hand or head tradesman.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing sites and producing accurate cost estimates
- Organising on-site trades and overseeing project progress
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
