About Our Boiler Fabrication Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced boiler fabricator to join our team. As a leading provider of innovative solutions, we require an individual who can fabricate, assemble, and maintain boilers, vehicles, and other large containers that may hold liquids and gases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble metal components for constructing or repairing boilers, pressure vessels, and similar structures.
  • Use specialized tools such as welders, cutters, grinders, and hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine boiler component layout and assembly processes.
  • Weld and solder components to assemble and repair boiler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Inspect and test completed boiler systems to ensure proper function and meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, or management staff to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized trade qualifications or relevant demonstrated experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Commitment to safety and following standard work procedures.
  • Experience in STICK, MIG, TIG welding.
  • History dealing with truck bodies and screens.
