Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing educator to join our team of passionate professionals who are committed to shaping young minds and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environments that foster the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. They will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs that promote learning through play, collaboration, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create dynamic and interactive learning environments that stimulate curiosity and exploration
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children
  • Support children's learning journeys by providing individualized attention and guidance
  • Build strong relationships with families by maintaining open communication and fostering a sense of community
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
  • Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis training)

  • Ability to create and evaluate meaningful experiences for children
