About the Position
The Aviation Customer Advocate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Cessna Aircraft Company's customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
