Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure accurate communication of guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote services and facilities to guests.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of RMS or similar Property Management Systems.
- Proficiency in software such as SiteMinder.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with Tour Reservations Systems or similar.
- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset, but not essential.
