We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Support Worker. Key Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Support individuals to access the community, participate in social activities, and maintain relationships
- Engage in home-based activities that promote independence, skill-building, and personal growth
- Implement support plans and positive behaviour strategies that promote individual choice and control
- Keep accurate records and work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability Check
- Current Driver's Licence
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Safety Intervention Training
- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and implementing positive behaviour support strategies
