Mortgage Data Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled Data Operations Manager to join our Data team. This is a pivotal leadership role that will drive data excellence and team transformation within mortgage servicing operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming our data operations, leading team rehabilitation and performance improvement, and accelerating data collection cycles from monthly to weekly.
This role requires a deep understanding of home loan servicing mathematics, advanced Excel/spreadsheet modelling capabilities, and proven team management experience.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive individual and team improvement, establish robust quality assurance processes, and provide technical leadership in complex servicing calculations and lending policy interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and rebuild the data team
- Partner with development teams to formalise data collection processes
- Provide technical oversight of servicing calculations and lending policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years mortgage, lending or financial services experience
- Proven team management experience
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet modelling capabilities
