About the Role

As a Shift Technician with CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), you will play a key role in supporting our data centre business growth. Join a global business with exciting targets for 2024 and be part of a supportive team developing your career within Facilities Management.

The Opportunity:

  • Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant / equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling / heating systems as determined by the CMMS system's work orders.
  • Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions.
  • Attend to A/C related issues on-site.
  • Building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities.
  • Investigate faults, identify causes and effect remedies.
  • Prepare accurate / timely reports as required.
  • Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations.
Requirements
  • A current and valid Mechanical (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC/ARTIC) license or Electrical license Grade A/Certificate III Electrical is required.
  • Relevant and valid OH&S cards must be held.
  • Additional training and experience will be considered.
  • A valid Driver's License is essential.
  • Experience of CMMS and BMS systems is desirable.

We estimate an annual salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 based on the location and responsibilities of the role.
