We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Montessori Academy Childcare Centres. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strong Relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Design and Implement the Children's Program, reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework guidelines, to promote children's learning and development.
- Maintain a Safe Environment for staff and children, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
- Implement the Service's Philosophy in all aspects of your work, upholding the values and principles of Montessori Academy.
- Liaise with Families to keep them informed about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Record and Maintain observations and records of individual children's progress, tracking their development and learning milestones.

- Excellent Understanding and Working Knowledge of the National Quality Framework to ensure compliance and best practice.

- Ability to Work Collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- Strong Understanding of Family Communications to build strong relationships and keep families informed.
- Commitment to the Holistic Development of children, focusing on their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Montessori Experience and Training is preferred but not essential, as we offer extensive training and support to help you grow in your role.
