As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations for mortgage security, corporate, and private clients. You will also promote our services to a network of professionals and build a regional client base.
Key Responsibilities- Valuation Services: Undertake valuations for mortgage security, corporate, and private clients, ensuring high-quality and clear standards.

- Documentation: Prepare all documentation related to valuations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with relevant parties, including clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge Development: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs, as well as regional areas and commercial experience.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in a property-related field, with a focus on valuation and appraisal.
- Licensed Land Valuer: Licensed Land Valuer in the state of Western Australia or the ability to obtain a license.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience: Experience undertaking residential mortgage security valuations, with a focus on delivering high-quality reports within client time frames.
- Decision Making: Independent thinker with sound decision-making skills, able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
