About the Role

As Store Manager for our premium Australian home and lifestyle brand in Bondi, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service. You will develop strategies to increase sales and drive the team towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain a high standard of customer service
Lead and support a small team of up to 6
Manage financial targets and commercial awareness
