Are you an artist seeking a unique opportunity to showcase your work?

The Insights Committee invites artists residing in the counties of Wellington, Dufferin, Grey, Huron, Perth, and Guelph to submit their artwork for a juried exhibition at the Wellington County Museum.

This exciting event is presented through a partnership between the Elora Fergus Arts Council and the Wellington County Museum & Archives.

The exhibition will take place from March 27 to May 25, 2025, and will feature a diverse range of artistic styles and mediums.

Artists are encouraged to upload high-quality images of their work as part of the registration process. These images will not be used in the jurying process.

Important notes for 2025 include:

  1. Registrations will be accepted online until March 17 on the ARTISTS page of the website.
  2. Online payment by credit card will be required.
  3. Artists submitting works that feature recognizable faces must obtain the signed consent of the subject(s) on the Insights Consent and Release Form, which can be downloaded from the website.

Tips for preparing your online submission:

  1. Prepare a document with the following information: artwork title, medium, and size.
  2. Include the artwork value (for insurance purposes) and whether it is for sale.
  3. Ensure that your artwork images are ready and labeled using the convention: ArtworkNumber_Lastname.jpg.
  4. Optional: provide a brief description of your approach, style, or mediums (500 character limit).

In-person artwork drop-offs will take place in the Nicholas Keith Room of the Wellington County Museum and Archives:

  • Sunday, March 16, 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm
  • Monday, March 17, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
