About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Trivett Automotive Retail, part of the global Inchcape family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engagement, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Master digital tools and leverage our online platforms to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to offer customers a flexible and convenient buying experience, whether in-store or online.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest or hands-on experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Eagerness to learn and passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence using MS Office and digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
