This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to support the Corporate team in providing day-to-day P&C administration and driving initiatives across various divisions.
About The PositionYou will be responsible for handling everyday P&C tasks, advising on work conditions and parental leave, and coaching managers on challenging conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the corporate team with administrative tasks, including changes to work conditions, parental leave, and coaching managers.
- Guide leaders in setting objectives, having mid-year check-in conversations, and completing end-of-year reviews using performance management systems.
- Play a key role in the company's Employee Engagement Survey project, from communications to presenting actionable insights to senior leaders.
