This role is a key contributor to the development and implementation of training programs for staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and a safe operating environment.
The primary purpose of this role is to design, maintain, and deliver training programs that meet industry protocols and promote staff compliance. The successful candidate will have expertise in patient care and experience in leading learning environments.
- Develop and deliver training content for annual competency programs and new staff induction.
- Lead the development of a 12-month training schedule and work with MPC management to identify staff training needs.
- Collaborate with clinicians and quality managers to develop tailored training programs for specific skills gaps.
- Oversee the development of content for online training platforms and ensure accurate recording and reporting of staff attendance.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in patient transport and meeting national standards. A clinical instructor qualification and Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training are desirable but not required.
