We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at BMD Empower. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engineering solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage engineering design and drafting activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and external consultants.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
