Teaching Arts in a Christian Context

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering an engaging program to students, creating a positive and disciplined learning environment that fosters excellence.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Dance and Drama to a wide range of students, with a focus on creating a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. They will also participate in after-hours Performing Arts events, such as school musical productions, dance showcases, and drama performances.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Create a positive and disciplined learning environment that fosters excellence
  • Participate in after-hours Performing Arts events
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in teaching Dance and Drama to students of various ages and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to teaching in a Christian context
