About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Identify and meet the needs of customers through tailored solutions and product recommendations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
