This integral position will be responsible for all aspects of running the busy and high-performing kitchen, as well as leading and guiding a team of culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring excellence and consistency in the product delivered to customers.
  • Menu Development: Developing new menus and associated costing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Operations Management: Running stock control and managing all food and wage costs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food standards.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruiting, inducting, training, and rostering of kitchen staff members.
