Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and skilled facilities services assistant to provide high-quality cleaning services for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, lounges, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain facilities, including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleans, and window cleaning;
  • Perform end-of-shift cleaning tasks to ensure facilities are left in a clean and tidy state;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and on-call shifts;
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals;
  • Ability to obtain an airport clearance, including police and OzCheck clearances.

Additional Information

  • Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a long-term visa;
  • Not open to Working Holiday Visa holders or temporary visa holders due to airport clearance requirements;
  • Supplemental pay types include overtime pay and penalty rates;
  • Ability to commute/relocate to CAMBRIDGE, TAS 7170 required.
