As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and collating correspondence
  • Completing claim forms and drafting court documents
  • Filing documents electronically online
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Providing general legal administrative support
  • Assisting with new client enquiries
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Qualifying enquiries in line with processes and procedures
  • Data entry using the CRM system

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Injury Paralegal role
  • A genuine intent to help people and achieve positive outcomes
  • Strong communication and client liaison skills
  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
