**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve the highest Health, Safety and Environment standards possible
- Provide leadership and continuous improvement on employee and subcontractor attitudes towards safety
- Strive to eliminate injuries and incidents on the project through coaching, mentoring and developing a safety culture on the project.
- Conduct tool boxes, high-risk workshops and plan for high-risk work
- Report on all HSE to management
- Successfully implement the company IMS, Project management plans and initiatives

**About You**
- 4+ years within an HSE-focused role in the construction
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Minimum Cert 4 Health and Safety)
- Experience within a similar commercial or residential HSE Role
- Enthusiastic and passionate about all things Environment, Health & Safety
- Able to coach, mentor and implement environmental processes on large-scale projects
