Clough Group, in collaboration with a joint venture, is executing the Project Ceres urea facility, a significant initiative for Western Australia. This facility will be the largest in Australia and among the largest globally, utilizing the most sustainable production methodologies. The project is anticipated to create 2,000 employment opportunities during its construction phase while providing ongoing benefits to the local community through career development, training, and business prospects.
We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical operations from the initial stages of this construction endeavor. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of electrical activities.
This position is site-based, with options for FIFO arrangements from Perth (20 days on / 8 days off roster) or residential for candidates residing in the Karratha area.

Your Profile

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ascertain electrical requirements.
- Formulating and executing a plan for preliminary electrical activities in alignment with the project timeline.
- Managing, inspecting, and coordinating with subcontractors (UG/AG Cable Installation, TCFs & Batch Plant).
- Supporting site temporary power needs and installations.
- Preparing staffing and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I tasks.
- Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work adheres to high-quality and safety standards.
- Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Addressing any issues or defects promptly and effectively.
- Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Offering guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 7 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Relevant electrical licenses or certifications.
- Experience in a high-pressure construction environment.
- Preferably, experience in the oil & gas sector.
