Your Role:

  • Support customers in improving their digital literacy and online banking capabilities, ensuring they have the necessary tools to manage their finances effectively.
  • Be the face of our organization, providing top-notch customer service and support, handling transactions, cash handling, query investigation, and paperwork with precision and accuracy.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, recommending solutions that align with their unique needs and circumstances.
