We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Helping Hand's Port Pirie Residential Care Home.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality personal care services to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Support residents to live a life of choice and independence, promoting their autonomy and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of care plans, sharing your expertise and observations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or a nursing qualification, with relevant placement experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a care worker, preferably in an aged care setting.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
