- Overseeing the establishment and delivery of an internal assurance function focused on uplifting continuous improvement mindsets and capabilities

- Coordinating governance, risk, and compliance activities across various disciplines in partnership with senior leadership

- Managing and embedding organisational Emergency Management frameworks within the group

They should also be able to interpret legislation, translate it into effective operating settings, and demonstrate competency in training, coaching, and mentoring.
