Your Role:

  • Teach Kindergarten to Year 6 students, developing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Pastorally care for and actively minister to students in your care, demonstrating a commitment to their spiritual and emotional well-being.
  • Display high standards of competency, proficiency, and innovation within the classroom, empowering students to creatively express themselves.
  • Provide evidence of exemplary teaching skills, experience, and expertise in all Key Learning Areas.
  • Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Be committed to pedagogical advancement in your classroom, staying up-to-date with best practices and research-based methods.
  • Demonstrate excellent collaborative and teamwork strategies, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Affirm a personal belief in our school's Statement of Faith and active involvement in a local church.
  • Demonstrate a desire to pastorally care for and actively minister to students in their care.
  • Display a high standard of competency, proficiency, and innovation within the classroom.
  • Provide evidence of exemplary teaching skills and experience in all Kindergarten to Year 6 Key Learning Areas.
  • Show strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
